Dr. Lipkovac is born in Zagreb in 1961. After graduating from high school for dental technicians he enrolled to University of Zagreb – School of Dental Medicine and he graduated in 1987. In 1991 dr. Lipkovac opened his dental clinic. In addition to more than 25 years of experience, dr. Lipkovac stayed in line with developments in dental medicine by attending international and local seminars. From 1992 to 1996, he spent several weeks in USA, sharpening his practice. From 2005, dental clinic has contract with The Croatian Health Insurance Fund. Dr. Lipkovac is a member of Croatian Dental Chamber and Croatian Medical Association.
